Who this policy covers
This policy explains how L&T French Valley Spray Foam Insulation handles the information you share with us through this website. We're an insulation contractor based in French Valley, CA, and we only collect what we need to answer your questions, set up an estimate and do the work you hire us for.

What information we collect
We collect the details you choose to give us when you fill out our contact form, call us or email us. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the house we'd be looking at and a short note about the job, like a hot upstairs room or an old attic you want checked.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type into it is stored by that service and then passed to us. We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through the site.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
If you contact us and don't book, we keep your message only as long as it's useful for following up on your request. If you hire us, we keep your contact and job records for as long as we need them for warranty questions, tax records and our own bookkeeping.
When we no longer need your information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. Visit information from analytics is usually kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we need to keep a record for a legal or tax reason, and if so we'll tell you why.
You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time. Just tell us, and we'll take you off our list.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for homeowners and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
