Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any work you hire L&T French Valley Spray Foam Insulation to do. When we say "we," "us" or "our," we mean L&T French Valley Spray Foam Insulation and our crew. When we say "you," we mean the person using the site or hiring us.
By using this site, asking for an estimate or booking a job, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work with us. You can go back to our home page at any time.
What we do
We're an insulation contractor in French Valley, CA. We install spray foam, blown-in and batt insulation, remove old insulation, seal air leaks, and install vapor barriers in attics, walls, crawl spaces and commercial buildings across French Valley and the cities around it. You can read more about us on our About page.
What we describe on this site is general. The work we do at your property is the work written on your estimate or contract, and nothing beyond it unless we both agree to the change.
Estimates and pricing
We give free estimates at your property because we usually can't price insulation work well until we've seen the attic, wall or crawl space. An estimate isn't a final bill. It's based on what we can see and reach on the day we come out.
Prices can change if we find something once the job is open that we couldn't see before, such as wet or damaged insulation, droppings, hidden damage or areas that are harder to reach than they looked. If that happens, we'll stop and talk with you before doing any work that changes the price. Nothing changes without your OK.
Prices shown or discussed anywhere on this site are general information, not a quote for your job.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
We'll set a date with you when you book. Weather, material delivery or a job running long can push a start date, and if that happens we'll let you know as soon as we can and set a new one.
Please make sure we can get to the work area on the day, including the attic hatch, crawl space opening or the rooms involved. If we have to leave the house, such as during spray foam work, we'll tell you ahead of time when you need to be out and when it's safe for you, your kids and your pets to come back inside. Please follow that timing, because it's there for your health.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, call us at (951) 417-1035 as early as you can. Any cancellation terms for your job will be written on your estimate or contract.
Payment
Your estimate or contract says how much is due, whether a deposit is needed and when the balance is due. Please pay by the date it gives.
If a payment is late, we may hold off on any remaining work until the account is brought current. If there's a question about your bill, call us before the due date and we'll go over it with you.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
We're fully licensed and insured, and we guarantee your satisfaction with our work. If something isn't right with work we did, call us and we'll come back and look at it.
Our guarantee covers our workmanship. It doesn't cover damage from things outside our control, such as roof or plumbing leaks, pests, storms, other contractors' work, or changes someone else makes to the area after we leave. Product warranties come from the makers of the materials, and their terms are theirs, not ours.
We don't promise a specific drop in your power bill or a specific indoor temperature, because those depend on your house, your equipment and how you use them. Apart from what's written here and on your contract, our work and this website are provided as they are, without other warranties, to the extent California law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent California law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost use of your home, lost income, or problems caused by conditions that existed before we started. If we're found liable for something, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the work involved.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under California law that can't be waived.
Using this website
The information on this site is general and meant to help you understand insulation work. It isn't advice for your particular house, so please don't rely on it in place of an estimate at your property.
The text, photos and design on this site belong to L&T French Valley Spray Foam Insulation. You can't copy or reuse them for business purposes without our written OK. Links to other websites are there for your convenience, and we aren't responsible for what's on them.
If we have a disagreement
If you're unhappy with anything, call us first at (951) 417-1035 or reach us through our Contact page. Most problems get sorted out quickly once we talk them through and, when needed, come back out to look.
If we can't settle it that way, either of us may take the matter to the courts in Riverside County, California, including small claims court where the amount qualifies.
Governing law
These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site or book work. If you've already signed a contract with us, the terms in that contract still apply to that job.
